How can I cancel my subscription?

If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.

Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page. Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.

How can I change my membership plan?

If you want to change your plan, you can click on DASHBOARD once you logged in, then click on PURCHASESand CHANGE.

You can switch between plans as you like and how it works best for you and your use of the content. The system will calculate credit still left if you move down or up and take it off the next payment automatically.

Do I still have access to the Tutorials after I cancel?

No. As soon as your membership is not active anymore you will lose access to the library.

Anything you rented separately from the ZOOM section or booked as a ZOOM live class you will have still access to if the renting period is active.

I am a Golden member, how do I join the ZOOM class live?

Go to the ZOOM Code section and check out the monthly code of the class you would like to join.

Go to the live class booking system and proceed to book the class. Before you check out, use the code as coupon which will show you the price of 0 EUR. You will receive an email with the ZOOM link after finishing the booking.

Only sign up if you plan to join live, the recording will be found on the platform the day after.

How do I take advantage of the ZOOM discount as Silver member?

Find the codes here (you will only be able to access them with an active membership) and go to the ZOOM class booking system.

If you can't attend a class live, you can rent the recording the day after with the code (all recordings found here)

The code can only be used while being an active member.
