How can I cancel?
Will I still have access to the videos after I cancel my membership?
No. As soon as your membership is not active anymore you will lose access to the library. Anything you bought separately from the BUY and KEEP section or booked as a ZOOM live class you will have unlimited access to.
How do I take advantage of the ZOOM discount?
Find the code in the video library (you will only be able to access it with an active membership) and go to the ZOOM class booking system.
If you can't attend a class live, still sign up to get the recording after class to keep and in HD quality.
You can also use it after once the class is uploaded in the library but keep in mind it will be 3 EUR more due to platform fees.
What Zoom Classes are included in Golden Heels?
You will find a huge library of past Zoom Recordings of which some are only available for GOLDEN members and can't be bought separately. There are more added constantly and you will also have the possibility to join live during your membership.
You will find the code for the full discount in video library. The code will change every month. The type of classes included will also change every month to guarantee a diversity in types and levels. Recordings will be added to the GOLDEN HEELS ZOOM section and will remain there.
Use of the code is only allowed while membership is active. If miss-used, the client will we blocked.
Can I use the ZOOM discount on recordings from the "BUY AND KEEP" section?
Yes! As a member you use the code found here on any of recordings in the RECORDINGS TO KEEP section and get 20% off.
