Good to know

Can I cancel or switch anytime?

Yes, there's no minimum duration. Log into your account, click your Profile in the top right corner and select Purchases. There you can pause or cancel by clicking End Membership, or switch plans with Manage Plan. You can switch as often as you like; any remaining credit is calculated automatically and taken off your next payment.

Do I still have access after I cancel?

As soon as your membership is no longer active, you lose access to the library. Anything you rented separately from the past recordings section or booked as a live class stays accessible for as long as the rental period is active.

Which membership is right for me?

If you mainly want to learn at your own pace with tutorials, Silver Heels has you covered, and you still get 50% off any live class you'd like to join. If you want to join live classes regularly and have the full recordings library, Golden Heels is the better deal. Still unsure? Write to info@highonheelsonline.com and we'll help you choose.

How do I update my billing information?

Sign in, click Profile in the top right and select Purchases. Under Payment Method, click Change Payment Method.

Why is my credit card being declined?

Many credit and debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is declined, please contact your card provider and let them know the purchase is valid. Some cards also don't allow recurring subscription billing and may be declined for that reason.
