Hey its me <3

I am Jazzy K and the founder of High On Heels. After falling in love with pole over 17 years ago (👵🏼) I was always aiming to become the instructor I personally needed. I learn slow, have no gymnastic background and just love to dance and learn new things.


As a teacher I strive to improve constantly because I am a firm believer that you never know everything. Being able to teach not only offline all over the world but online where I connect with students I would never meet otherwise is literally my dream.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time.


To manage your subscription, log into your account and click on your Profile in the top right corner. From there, select Purchases. You can choose to either pause or cancel your membership by clicking End Membership.

Do I still have access to the tutorials & classes after I cancel?

As soon as your membership is not active anymore you will lose access to the library.


Anything you rented separately from the past recordings section or booked as a live class you will have still access to if the renting period is active.

I want to switch between plans, how can I do this?

If you want to change your plan, you can click on DASHBOARD once you logged in, then click on PURCHASES and CHANGE.


You can switch between plans as you like and how it works best for you and your use of the content. The system will calculate credit still left if you move down or up and take it off the next payment automatically.

I am a Golden member, how do I join the live class?

Go to the upcoming live class category and proceed to press preregister for the class.


You will receive a confirmation and will be also sent an email once we go live (around 10-15 min before class start). You can join the session over the website directly as it redirects you to ZOOM automatically, just click on the class when you see we are live.


You only need to sign up if you plan to join live, the recording will be found on the platform the day after.

How do I use the 50% discount on live classes as Silver member?

Purchase access to the class (found in the Upcoming Live Classes section) with your 50% discount code.


You will be also sent an email once we go live (around 10-15 min before class start) to join over the platform.


The recording is included and will be in your profile automatically the day after (within 24hrs) for 6 months, no matter how long your membership still lasts.


I only want to join some specific live classes, is this possible?

Yes! Everyone is welcome to dance with High On Heels the way it works for them :)


You can join any class as Non Member at full price, find them all in the Upcoming Live Classes section.


A recording is included for 6 months and it will be in your account within 24hrs after class ends.

Can I download videos to save them to my device?
Our content is available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded directly to your device. However, you can access it anytime by signing into your account. If you're using our mobile app, you can save videos for offline playback, allowing you to watch your chosen videos later without an internet connection.
How do I change my membership plan or update my billing information?
To change your membership plan or update your billing information, sign into your account and click Profile at the top right. Then, select Purchases. To change your membership plan, click on Manage Plan under the Membership section and follow the prompts to switch to a different option. To update your billing information, click on Change Payment Method under the Payment Method section and enter your new billing details.
Why is my credit card being declined?
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
How do I purchase a gift subscription?
To purchase a gift subscription, scroll to the bottom of any page on the website and click “Buy a Gift Card” in the footer. You’ll need to log into your account or create one if you don’t already have one. Then, select the subscription or bundle you’d like to gift, choose the duration of the gift, and complete your purchase by entering your payment details. After purchasing, you’ll receive a confirmation page and a confirmation email with the gift code, and a shareable link that you can send to your recipient.
How do I redeem a gift subscription?
To redeem a gift subscription, use the link shared with you by the gift sender. Clicking the link will automatically apply the gift to your account. If you don’t already have an account, you’ll be prompted to create one.
